This product is of good quality. I have a large labrador and it's perfect for him. They did send out the incorrect lead with a clip at first but within a couple of days I got the correct slip lead. They were very polite and customer friendly so would recommend them.

Good product - well made. Very comfortable in use.
The item description was not that specific, so I ended up with a larger diameter than I really need at almost 13mm. The longer length is perfect for me though, as I am well over 6 feet tall and have only a small lightweight dog.
