It works surprisingly well!
On reading about it, I was initially sceptical of this product. How can a few little steps get particles of cat litter off a cats paws and stop them treading it all over the house? So on receiving it, I loaded it with non-clumping, positioned it where my cats old box was and waited. There were suspicious sniffs at the contraption but very quickly my cats began using this box and amazingly it worked! It stops 80-90% of the mess associated with other boxes in my estimation. I occasionally spot the odd grain here and there but these are easily dealt with. I regularly vacuum the little steps as suggested by a reviewer in the USA and this really does the trick. Since its enclosed, odours are very well controlled and poor aiming on the cats part doesn't result in a spill on the floor. My cats tend to scratch at the wall after using an ordinary litter tray causing minor damage but now they just scratch the inside of the Booda!

A highly recommended piece of equipment.

It's a great looking product, but I would recommend anyone thinking of buying this consider the size, it is very large, almost a small house and very expensive to return!
