This was recommended to me by various horsey people and I have tried it for a grand total of 3 days. Far too early to make a considered judgement of course, but I have noticed an instant change in the affected joints. It may be coincidence, I might have been in remission anyway but I don't think so.
OK one week from when I wrote the above paragraph, it's getting better and better. Ditto, it may be coincidence but...

I think this stuff really works
I am deeply sceptical of all non-mainstream medical treatments, but I am cautiously persuaded by cortaflex, based on my own scientific study with a sample size of one.

My observation? simply that I had sore knees from running and rowing (the gym variety, not the real thing). This troubled me on and off for a long period. It was never very serious but did require me to moderate my training to keep it in check.

I have taken cortaflex daily for just over 2 years and since then have never had any joint pain.

This is not a proof but it is good enough to keep me taking it, and I suggest it is worth a try.

Not Sure
My mom has been taking Cortaflex for more than 2 months. She has been having constant pain in her knee, I am not sure it has done any major relief.
