I first started using this product when I bought a tank that had this bundled as a sample. I'm not an expert fish keeper (just one goldfish) and never really knew about how there needs to be good bacteria in the water to eat up all the waste products. After using nutrafin cycle, I noticed that the water in the tank remained clear for ages. I used to have to do a full water change every 2 weeks as it would start to smell but with this, I can get away with partial water changes every 3-4 weeks. My goldfish seems to appreciate it too as it seems a lot livier now. Would definitely recommend to all fish owners.

A must-have for all aquariums.
Everyone needs something to help us get through the water cycle - and this is it. A quick shake of the bottle and you're ready. The item does say you can add fish immediately but I would personally wait a while to let the filter and water break through the nitrate and nitrites. The big bottle is also useful for filter maintenance, refilling of water, etc. Definitely a must have.

Perfect for dealing with sudden changes in water chemistry, though you must also deal with the cause to prevent a constant battle with water chemistry.
